Return & Refund Policy - UK Psychedelics Mushroom Shop

Here at UK Psychedelics Mushroom Shop, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our members. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Note:

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

Return Process

Do well to follow the steps below to start the return process.

  1. Contact our sales team at sales@ukpsychedelicsmushroomshop.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning your item(s).

  3. Package the item(s) securely, along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation number, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Note:

  • The cost of the product return is free.

Refunds Process

We will process your refund once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or your preferred payment method within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Note:

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for additional shipping costs.

Exchange or Replacement Process

Contact our customer service team if you receive a damaged or defective product within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the damaged or defective item(s) at no extra or additional cost.

Exceptions

Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following situations:

  • We don’t refund packages or items abandoned by clients

  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the product

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
